About the role

As the Compliance administrator for COR/FM, you will gather, reconcile, and report information that will allow our business partners to make sound commercial decisions as well as, comply with regulatory requirements.


Your work will sit on different parts of an end-to-end process owned by a wider team that spans across locations and partner businesses. You will be relied on for your ability to balance detail with the big picture particularly in decision-making. For your resourcefulness and creativity in identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness and control. And for your willingness to contribute in any way you can for the good of the team, even to the extent of placing the team’s needs ahead of your own.


What you'll be working on

  • Ownership and management of the client’s outlook inbox

  • Receive and update information in COR and FM registry

  • Maintain data integrity in the COR/FM registry on a daily/weekly basis.

  • Manage reporting and escalation process through to resolution

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly audit including final report/results to senior management

  • Build KPI/KRI data as well as balanced scorecard

  • Chair a monthly VC meeting with the Client in Australia

  • Collaborate with partners to review end-to-end processes and controls

  • Other various ad-hoc and project work as required by the Client


What we're looking for

  • Open for fresh graduates.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service / administration role and with international clients is a plus but not required.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly productive team.
