About the Role

We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia. They employ a four pillars approach to risk and compliance management - Essential Services Management, Property Risk, Height Safety, and Emergency Management.


What you’ll be working on

  • Interpreting and validating client's needs

  • Action an appropriate service response to resolve issues

  • Accurate data capture / entry

  • Effectively communicate with clients and contractors

  • Ensure internal and external service standards are met

  • Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs

  • Participate in system and staff development


What we’re looking for

  • Open for fresh graduates or individuals with up to three years of customer service experience

  • Amenable to work during weekends.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft programs.

  • Facilities or trade knowledge would be preferred.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

  • Ability to communicate in a team environment and work with little or no supervision after training
