GRAVEYARD SHIFT | Fulltime | Makati (Hybrid)

About the Role

We have partnered with a telecoms systems, infrastructure and network provider on a mission to develop innovative systems and software that make the impossible possible. Your duties will include responding to customer inquiries regarding system usage, collaborating with the development team to resolve any bugs or issues reported by customers, and reviewing and testing new features

before they are rolled out to ensure they meet customer needs.

What you’ll be working on

  • Collaborate closely with end-users to deliver prompt and reliable technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems.

  • Work together with the development team to quickly identify and remedy any bugs or issues that impact customers.

  • Engaged in evaluating and inspecting the functionality of newly implemented features from a customer perspective prior to release.

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers in need of technical support via phone, email and live chat.

  • Addressing customer inquiries and providing guidance on system utilization in a courteous and timely manner.

What we’re looking for

  • Open for Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

  • With demonstrated technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

  • Experience serving for customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in computer skills, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and operating systems.

  • Demonstrates ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and applications.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Able to prioritize tasks with high attention to detail and can manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time, (Graveyard: 6PM- 3AM) with the potential to change shifts as per requirement
