About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will drive strategic advertising and social media engagement to attract clients and candidates. Also, foster proactive lead generation within the team, ensuring consistent success in achieving the company's objectives.

What you’ll be working on


  • Take the lead in generating opportunities through strategic advertising campaigns, emphasizing direct contact, retargeting, and impactful content creation to attract potential clients.

  • Actively manage social media platforms to maximize outreach and engagement with target audiences.

  • Execute follow-up strategies to nurture leads, ensuring a consistent and positive client experience throughout the engagement.

  • Systematically schedule appointments for the local salesperson/consultant, facilitating opportunities for face-to-face interactions and conversion opportunities.

  • Manage initial inquiries from potential candidates, providing detailed information and addressing queries promptly and passing them through to the relevant team member internally.


  • Craft persuasive advertising copy tailored for various platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract client interest.

  • Implement retargeting strategies to keep our services top-of-mind for potential clients.

  • Develop and curate engaging content to build a strong online presence and credibility within the industry.

  • Regularly update and maintain a comprehensive database, ensuring accurate records for targeted marketing efforts.

  • Manage Client contact lists to ensure they are up to date and “clean”

  • Liaising with local (UK) contact on a daily basis to ensure Marketing activities are congruent with required goals and targets.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in lead generation and marketing

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in lead generation, particularly through advertising, direct contact, retargeting, and content creation.

  • Possess advanced skills in social media management with a focus on driving business results.

  • Showcase experience in effectively following up with leads and nurturing relationships to conversion.

  • Proven ability to schedule and manage appointments, optimizing opportunities for local salespersons/consultants.

  • Previous experience in a sales environment, with a keen understanding of client conversion strategies.

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, adapting styles to effectively engage with clients before redirecting them to the local consultant.

  • Strong influencing skills, adept at overcoming objections during client interactions.

  • Confidently interact with diverse individuals, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

  • Active listening skills, coupled with the ability to ask questions and clarify points to ensure understanding.

  • Proven ability to prioritize objectives, optimize time, and efficiently allocate resources.

  • Takes personal responsibility for task/project completion within established timeframes.

  • Proactive mindset, tenacious, and persistent in achieving lead generation and conversion goals.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Display respect and sensitivity for the views and needs of clients and team members.
