About the role

We have partnered with a professional services firm located in CBD (Central Business District) in Australia but with a national branding presence. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their busy Marketing department and help drive the growth of their brand and business.


What you'll be working on

  • Creating compelling marketing materials that align with our brand

  • Managing events and ensuring their successful execution

  • Developing strategic partnerships to enhance our reach and impact

  • Overseeing and managing all digital platforms, including our website

What we're looking for

  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in marketing (College degree in Marketing Management is a plus!)

  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Proven graphic design and Social Media skills to create visually appealing content

  • A deadline-driven mindset to consistently meet project timelines

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all marketing materials

  • Self-motivated individuals who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • Ability to work on both strategic and tactical marketing campaigns to drive results

  • Comfortable with a hybrid work set-up, combining remote and in-office work

  • CRM System

  • WordPress or other CMS

  • EDM Software

  • Copywriting skills

  • Graphic design skills

  • Adobe/Indesign, Canva

  • Social media experience

  • Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
