What’s it like to work at Cooee?

Cooee really believes in potential. They give opportunity to fresh graduates or those who want to shift careers and does not have experience yet. I am able to learn a lot of things since I joined Cooee - very grateful for seeing my potential! Looking forward to more years with Cooee.

As a fresh graduate, I was worried that companies might not accept me because I lacked experience. But thankfully, Cooee really lives up to their values, which is seeing the potential in each individual. I am grateful that I will be having my first job here. Cooee employees are hands-on and helpful to us Nooees who struggled to understand certain things. Furthermore, it was a fun, productive, and memorable first day as a Nooees.

Cooee has been a place of growth and transformation for me. I've experienced true support, work-life balance, and a culture that values openness and authenticity. It's more than just work — it's a community that helps me become my best self.
