What’s it like to work at Cooee?

Because 4 years ago I stepped out of my comfort zone and applied in Cooee, having no expertise in the role and partner client that I will be working with, Cooee believed in my potential and trusted that one step at a time, I will be able to learn more, and grow more in the company.

I am now pleased to say that being with Cooee for 4 years now, I got a lot of experiences that helped me grow. I was able to learn a lot and meet a lot of people that became my support system in times of challenge and has been part of my transformation.
As well as I got the opportunity to be part of the Cooee Coaches who listen, encourage, and support other Cooeemates in their journey of transformation. With this, I learned that every person's journey is unique, and we may have ups and downs along the way, but you will just need to focus on the learnings and opportunities for you to grow and transform.

I am very lucky to have a great employer! Cooee was such a delight company to work with and the stuff has good nature and helpfulness. The best thing is: they have real humans to discuss your issues. And the Support team are excellent staff!! More Power And God Bless!!!

ReCooeennects is one of the best events that happened in Cooee this year. It was one amazing experience to see our teammates, housemates and friends in flesh, finally, after two years. For us, the face-to-face experience is incomparable to our virtual meetings. It was also a great opportunity to reflect, see and enjoy the outside world (have fun under the sun and waters) together with our teammates. All thanks to the Management and Engagement Team for their hard work. We look forward to having more #ReCooeennection initiatives soon.

Cooee believes in potential. I started as a fresh graduate, with a lot of doubts in myself, but Cooee really saw through me, looked at my capabilities. Now I'm in my 4th year working with them and still thriving :)
